Hyperpure is now open for all food businesses

Why we exist
Since day one, Hyperpure has had one clear purpose: to take care of what happens behind the scenes so chefs and their teams can focus on what they do best, creating exceptional food and experiences.
When the fundamentals fail — unreliable sourcing, inventory issues, or deliveries becoming daily hurdles, creativity takes a back seat. We've always believed passion and skill shouldn't be derailed by broken fundamentals. We were never just trying to move ingredients from one place to another. Our purpose has always been to take the friction out of the equation, so that the restaurants can focus entirely on their craft and customer experience.
How we started
For a long time, our work centered around food businesses such as restaurants, cafés, hotels, and delivery-only kitchens — places that run on chaos, deadlines, and precision all at once.
It made sense. That’s where the biggest supply chain fires needed putting out. We built systems that chefs and restaurateurs could rely on with predictable deliveries, transparent pricing, and quality that did not waver. We built for scale and precision because that's what high-pressure kitchens needed to survive.
What we realised
The remarkable growth of our restaurant partners helped fortify our systems, making them stronger than ever. While we remain committed to scaling with them, we’ve recognised that this same supply chain infrastructure is capable of serving far more than just restaurants.
India’s food ecosystem is vast. It also includes the street cart that sells dosas. The dhaba that serves the parathas that keep travellers fed. The home bakery where cakes are perfected through the night. The catering kitchen running on chai and adrenaline during the wedding season. The neighbourhood business where your nani still sells jars of pickles. And the supper clubs that turn dining tables into restaurants for a night.
All of these are food businesses, and they face the same daily struggle: sourcing clean ingredients, keeping costs steady, and ensuring that quality never slips.
Why should the size of business decide who gets reliability? A home kitchen deserves the same dependable supply as a fine-dining level operation. Whether you are trained in a starred kitchen or your grandmother's home, the goal is the same: feed people well.
What changes now
Hyperpure is open to every kind of food business. No matter the scale, no matter the setup.
Here's what that looks like in practice.
Meet Divya, a home chef in Gurgaon who turned her own health journey after becoming a mum into MumMade — a small but growing brand of healthy sweets and snacks. She runs her kitchen from home, catering to people in and around her condominium while juggling motherhood and a business that’s slowly finding its footing. Most of her customers find her through Instagram or local WhatsApp groups. It's relentless, yet rewarding work.
Her ingredients used to come from everywhere: dry fruits and nuts from a neighbourhood store, everyday staples from the same app she used at home, and imported couverture chocolate, her most expensive ingredient, from whichever online retailer had stock availability.
Some items were available in wholesale packs, but most came in retail quantities. That meant higher prices, endless small orders to track, and deliveries that arrived... eventually. Between juggling vendors, monitoring stock, and doing all the prep herself, she was losing time and money she couldn't afford to lose.
Now, she sources everything from one place — Hyperpure.
Imported couverture chocolate, dry fruits, and pantry essentials all delivered together, in quantities that she requires, at fair, wholesale prices. It saves her hours every week and gives her business more consistency and breathing room.
The time and cost saved now go back into MumMade: better marketing and brand building and room to experiment and innovate.
A part-time home baker now has access to the same high-quality ingredients and reliable supply chain as the restaurant ranked number one in India on the Condé Nast Traveller x District Top Restaurant list. And ordering these ingredients on Hyperpure is as easy as ordering a salad on Zomato — they simply log in with their phone number and start buying.

The path forward
Good food needs two things: passion in the kitchen and reliability behind it. When that reliability is in place, chefs can focus on what actually matters, the craft, the joy of cooking and the people they're feeding. That's how we know we've done our job.
